I’ve been a professional fitness trainer for over a decade, transforming and improving the lives of my clients. Over the years, I’ve developed a unique approach to fitness and nutrition. My deep knowledge of weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, mobility, and how the human body functions truly sets me apart. My internship as a movement specialist sharpened my eye for spotting and correcting movement imbalances and weaknesses, which helps my clients dramatically improve their mobility and strength.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University, along with my ACSM Certification as a personal trainer and AED/CPR certification. As a native Floridian now living in Jupiter, I’m excited to talk with you about your fitness goals and create a custom plan tailored specifically for you!
TRAINER BIO & APPROACH
I grew up around fitness—my dad was a bodybuilder and always in the gym—so being active was part of my life from a young age. That early exposure turned into a real passion, which led me to study Exercise Science at Florida State University. I became a certified personal trainer at 18 and worked my way through college training clients.
Everything changed at 27 when I hit a wall physically. Years of sports, weightlifting, mixed martial arts, and skateboarding had taken a toll. I was constantly in pain. What frustrated me most was that despite seeing multiple professionals, I wasn’t getting real answers.
That experience pushed me to dig deeper. I realized my issues came from imbalances in my body, especially through my hips and overall biomechanics. Through deep tissue fascial work, targeted mobility, and corrective exercise, I was able to eliminate my pain completely. This led me to specialize in corrective movement, functional training, and bodywork.
I take a more integrated approach by combining deep tissue fascial work, corrective exercise, targeted mobility, functional training, and strength training into one system.
Everything starts with a detailed assessment to identify imbalances and limitations. From there, every session is tailored to what your body actually needs. This approach corrects dysfunctions first so you move the way you’re supposed to, reduce injury risk, and progress faster toward your goals.
Your first session is all about understanding your body, your goals, and how you move. We start with a detailed questionnaire covering your injury history, past surgeries, daily activity levels, work environment, current exercise routine, and any pain.
We then move into a customized movement assessment tailored to you. By the end of the session, I identify key areas to focus on and design a personalized program based on what your body needs and your specific goals.
Dysfunctional movement isn’t always obvious. Some clients come in with pain, while others feel fine but still have underlying issues. I look at dysfunction as a warning sign that can eventually lead to breakdown, injuries, or surgery if ignored.
Through movement assessments, I identify imbalances and compensations early. My approach uses targeted mobility, corrective exercise, and proper strength training to fix these issues proactively.
Every client is different, but most notice improvement quickly — often within the first session. Some experience significant relief after just one session, while others may need 6–12 sessions to fully resolve the issue and create lasting change.
The goal is to eliminate the root cause, not just reduce pain temporarily, and give you the tools to stay pain-free long term.
I’m a personal trainer who specializes in a results-driven, integrated approach combining deep tissue fascial release, corrective exercise and mobility, strength and conditioning, and physique-focused training. I also provide nutrition guidance.
I’m not a traditional bodybuilding prep coach. I don’t focus on competition-style meal prepping, extreme dieting, or show-specific training. My approach is built around long-term sustainability.
My days are highly hands-on. No two sessions look exactly the same. Each one is built around what the client needs that day — whether that’s strength training, functional movement, corrective work, or hands-on bodywork.
If a client comes in with tightness or discomfort, I address it directly in the session with targeted deep tissue work so they can train effectively and safely.
I use a paperless system through reMarkable tablet to create a detailed profile for every client. After each session, I log notes on movement patterns, progress, limitations, and next focus areas. This keeps every session personalized and intentional.
Bodywork restores tissue quality, reduces tension, and improves mobility. Corrective movement then reinforces those changes. When combined with proper training, you move better, feel better, reduce injury risk, and progress faster.

This step-by-step foundation ensures sustainable results without constant setbacks.
You’re not just getting a workout — you’re getting a system you can use for life. I teach you how your body works, why certain issues happen, and give you tools to maintain progress on your own. Everything is specific, intentional, and tailored to you.
At 27, I was dealing with constant pain in my shoulders, neck, back, and knees, along with multiple bulging and herniated discs. After seeing many specialists with limited results, I discovered a movement and bodywork specialist who focused on root causes. That experience completely changed how I approach training and pain.
The industry often lacks a true understanding of functional movement and how the body works as a whole. Many approaches treat symptoms instead of root causes. I start with detailed movement assessments and correct dysfunctions first for more precise, effective, and lasting results.
This approach works because it prioritizes movement quality and biomechanics first. You can expect to move better, feel better, reduce or eliminate pain, gain a clear understanding of your body, and make consistent, sustainable progress.
