Miranda is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with national NPC competition experience. She specializes in helping women achieve their ideal physique through smart weight training, functional fitness, and sustainable nutrition plans that deliver real results without burnout or extreme restriction.

Miranda knows exactly what it takes to transform your body while still enjoying your life. After competing nationally in NPC bikini and figure divisions from 2019 to 2023, she developed proven systems for building lean muscle, sculpting feminine curves, dropping body fat, and creating lasting habits.

Working side-by-side with her husband Orion (owner of O Fitness Inc. and mobility/bodywork specialist), they combine Miranda’s expertise in women’s physique transformation and nutrition with Orion’s corrective movement and recovery methods.
